I was updated with pictures & videos of Precious, as well as text updates on how she was doing & her progress with meals. I appreciate how careful Katie is with separating all the dogs during feeding/mealtimes. Precious can sometimes run out the door and it meant a lot to me that Katie took extra care to make sure that wouldn't happen. Most importantly, Precious had so much fun & was amazingly taken care of. A+++++ P.S. the drive from Howell (22 min) is worth it"
